DATA DISCLOSURE Vaultus reads your SOAP notes to perform safety verification. Your patient's information is never stored. Notes are destroyed immediately after evaluation. We retain only de-identified safety signals — which rules fired and how you resolved them. No patient names, dates, diagnoses, or note content is ever stored.

Your email is stored separately from your safety data, never linked to individual catch records, and used only for product communications. Never sold. Never shared.
